Truly Universal
The dock provides universal compatibility across both Mac and Windows for dual monitor support over all laptops with Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C ports. This enables IT professionals to deploy the TURBO dock as a single dock solution across all users, in turn enabling hot desk setups at workplaces with cross platform laptops enabled with either Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C outputs.

Ultra High-Definition Dual Display
The TURBO dock supports dual monitors with 4K@60Hz via the twin DisplayPort outputs when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 enabled laptop. It will also support dual monitor with 1080p resolution or a single 4K@30Hz monitor when connected to a USB-C enabled laptop.
* This dock only supports a single extended display for users using MacBooks with base level M1/M2 processors. Only M1 and M2 Mac users with Pro, Max and Ultra processors can connect to two extended displays.

Frequently Asked Questions

General

What maximum display resolution does the ALOGIC TURBO dock support?
When connected to a Thunderbolt 3 laptop, the ALOGIC TURBO dock supports dual 4K @ 60Hz displays via its twin DisplayPort outputs. When connected to a standard USB-C laptop (without Thunderbolt 3), the dock supports dual 1080p @ 60Hz displays or a single 4K @ 30Hz display.
What ports and connection speeds are available on the ALOGIC TURBO Docking Station?
"The ALOGIC TURBO Dock includes 8 total expansion ports:
Video Output: 2x DisplayPort 1.4 outputs.
USB-C Ports: 2x USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 ports (supporting high-speed 10Gbps data transfer).
USB-A Ports: 1x USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps) and 2x USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 (5Gbps) ports for hard drives and peripherals.
Networking: 1x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mbps).
Audio: 1x 3.5mm combo audio/headphone/microphone jack."
Does the dock come with an external power supply in the box?
Yes. The ALOGIC TURBO Dock comes with an external power adapter that powers the docking station, runs all downstream USB and network peripherals, and delivers 60W pass-through charging to the laptop.

Charging

Does the ALOGIC TURBO dock charge my laptop while connected?
Yes. The dock supplies up to 60W Power Delivery (PD) over the single upstream Thunderbolt 3/USB-C host cable, which is sufficient to power and fast-charge 13-inch and 14-inch laptops (including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13"/14", Dell XPS, and ThinkPads) while running all external peripherals.

Devices

Will the ALOGIC TURBO dock work on non-Thunderbolt USB-C laptops?
Yes. The ALOGIC Thunderbolt 3 Turbo Dock features universal cross-compatibility, meaning it operates smoothly with both Thunderbolt 3 and standard USB-C (DP Alt Mode) laptops across Windows and macOS environments. This makes it an ideal solution for hot-desking offices with mixed laptop hardware.
Can I run dual monitors on Apple M1, M2, or M3 MacBooks using this dock?
On MacBooks featuring M1/M2/M3 Pro, Max, or Ultra chips, the dock supports dual external displays over Thunderbolt 3. On base M1, M2, and M3 MacBooks (which natively limit external monitor output to one screen over native Thunderbolt/USB-C), the dock will drive one external display.
